You are solely responsible for verifying any information with relevant sources. Use of the App does not replace your responsibility to evaluate decisions or outcomes.

User Responsibilities

You agree that:

Accounts and Authentication

To use certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscription Plans and Billing

Free Plan

The Free plan provides limited functionality.

Paid Plans

Paid plans are offered as auto-renewing subscriptions. Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store or process payment information directly.

If offered, a free trial automatically converts into a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

Cancellation and Refunds

Subscriptions must be canceled through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.

Refund requests are subject to Stripe and applicable payment policies.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

KnowTube does not guarantee results, financial savings, or specific business outcomes. All outputs are generated from user-provided data and third-party sources.

Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and process personal data. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and software associated with the App are the exclusive property of KnowTube or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the App without prior written permission.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• interfere with its operation,
• attempt unauthorized access,
• use the App for unlawful purposes.

Violation may result in account termination.

Service Availability

Termination
